This Arbor Day, our students rolled up their sleeves and dug into something truly meaningful—planting trees to help make our community greener and more beautiful for generations to come.
With shovels in hand and smiles on their faces, students in 3rd and 4th grade took turns planting a variety of native trees on our school grounds and in nearby green spaces. Guided by their teachers, the students learned firsthand about the importance of trees for clean air, healthy ecosystems, and climate protection.
The tree planting event wasn’t just about environmental education—it was about stewardship, teamwork, and creating a legacy. Many students even named “their” trees and pledged to check on them as they grow.
Watching our students take pride in caring for the Earth reminds us how powerful young people can be when given the chance to lead by example. We’re proud of their effort, their heart, and their willingness to get their hands dirty for a good cause.
Happy Arbor Day—and here’s to growing strong roots, together!
