A Blessing for Our New Home

On Friday, August 28, our Holy Cross family gathered for a very special morning as we officially blessed our new school building.

Following Mass, Bishop David Ricken and Abbot Dane Radecki joined our students, staff, families, and parish community for the blessing of our new school home. It was a meaningful moment for all of us as we begin this new chapter in the history of Holy Cross Catholic School.

While our building may be new to us, the story of Holy Cross is not. Our school has a long history rooted in faith, tradition, and community. As we settle into our new surroundings, we are reminded that a school is much more than a building. It is the people who fill its hallways, classrooms, and gathering spaces each day.

The blessing was a beautiful opportunity to pause and give thanks for where we have been, where we are today, and where God is leading us next. Seeing our students and staff together in our new school made the significance of this transition even more real.

We are grateful to everyone who helped make this move possible and to our parish and school communities for supporting Holy Cross throughout this journey. There is still plenty of unpacking, organizing, and making this place our own, but we are excited for all that will happen here in the years ahead.

Honoring our past. Building our future. Celebrating the Holy Cross family every step of the way.

We are blessed to call this place our new home.
