We’re proud to share some exciting news from Holy Cross School!
Our principal and preschool teacher have been selected to present at this year’s National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA) Conference, taking place April 7–9 in Minneapolis. This national conference brings together Catholic educators from across the country to share ideas, best practices, and innovative programs that support faith-filled learning communities.
During their presentation, they will highlight Holy Cross’s journey in launching a faith-based outdoor preschool program. Attendees will learn about the inspiration behind the program, the planning process, and the many ways outdoor, hands-on experiences can nurture young children’s curiosity, independence, and spiritual growth. Rooted in Catholic values, the program encourages children to explore God’s creation while building foundational academic and social skills.
We are honored that Holy Cross’s work is being recognized on a national stage and grateful for the leadership and creativity of our educators. Their willingness to share our story reflects our commitment to innovative, faith-centered education and to helping other schools bring similar opportunities to their communities.

Holy Cross Catholic School is part of the Green Bay Area Catholic Education (GRACE) School System. It is a private Catholic school serving Preschool and Elementary through 8th grade (PK3-8). The school has open enrollment and is located on the Northeast side of Green Bay near the Town of Scott and is near the Red Smith neighborhood and Wequiock Falls.
