Holy Cross Middle School Students Attend Green Bay Packers Empower Leadership Event

Last week, a group of our middle school students had the exciting opportunity to attend the Green Bay Packers Empower Leadership Conference—an experience designed to inspire young leaders and encourage service, teamwork, and personal growth.

Students were selected to attend based on thoughtful essays they wrote, reflecting on leadership and how they can make a positive impact in their school and community. Throughout the day, students participated in engaging sessions focused on leadership skills such as communication, perseverance, collaboration, and leading by example.

In addition to learning, students had the chance to give back by packing supply bags for those in need, reinforcing the importance of service and compassion—values we strive to instill in our students every day. A highlight for many was meeting Green Bay Packers alumni, who shared personal stories and insights about leadership both on and off the field.

We are proud of our students for representing our school so well and for embracing this opportunity to grow as leaders. Experiences like the Empower Leadership Conference help our students see that leadership is not about a title, but about service, character, and making a difference in the lives of others.
