Read-a-Thon

Our second annual Read-a-Thon is in full swing! Led by our site advisory committee, the Read-a-Thon is an opportunity for the school to raise funds while students experience the joys of literature. All students in grades PK-8 are participating and reading minutes count both in and outside of the classroom. Last year, we raised over $6,200. This year, we have a school-wide goal of $10,000.

“The Read-a-Thon is a great way to promote our literacy growth efforts while directly engaging our students in reading to raise funds for their school,” says principal Kari Peterson, “It’s a win-win!”

Our priority is to make sure that our students have the tools they need to learn and grow. We can’t do that without your support. Your involvement makes a huge difference: Please help support our Read-A-Thon by making a donation and asking friends and family to do the same.
